Top online and live poker pro Adam “Roothlus” Levy has inked a new deal with his sponsor of the last two years, UB.com.

In an announcement yesterday from the CEREUS Network, the home of UB.com and its sister site Absolute Poker, Levy agreed to continue a partnership that has been very successful for both sides over the past two years.

“UB has been my home for the past two years and I’m looking forward to another two years with them,” Levy stated during the announcement. “They have really great tournament structures and schedules and I’m excited to see what other great changes are coming to the site.”

Over the past two years, Levy has become one of the preeminent young stars of the poker world. “Roothlus” has cashed in 12 events in that time span, including six times at the World Series of Poker (WSOP). The highlight was a deep run in last year’s WSOP Main Event, where Levy drove through the massive 7,319-player field before bowing out in 12th place for $635,011. In the last two years alone, Levy has amassed $877, 215 of his $1.5 million in career tournament earnings.

While he has demonstrated his skills in the live tournament world, Levy has continued to be one of the stronger forces in the online arena. In the last year, Levy has cashed in a stunning 250 tournaments on the industry’s top online poker sites, with several victories in high-end tournaments and a runner-up finish in a 2009 Full Tilt Online Poker Series (FTOPS) event. He has over $3.6 million in online earnings in his career, more than double what he has earned on the live felt.

As part of his duties on UB.com, Levy will continue to host his weekly Pro Bounty Madness tournament. The tournament, held every Sunday at 5:30pm ET, is a $60,000 guaranteed contest with a bounty on Levy’s head. If a player is able to eliminate “Roothlus” on the felt, they will earn a free seat to the CEREUS Network’s Sunday $200,000 Guaranteed.

In addition to Levy’s bounty tournament, UB.com announced that another Pro Bounty Madness event will be in action on Sundays. Tiffany Michelle will be joining the fray with her own weekly $100,000 guaranteed event starting this Sunday at 2:00pm ET. As with Levy’s tournament, if a player eliminates Michelle, they will receive a $215 seat to the CEREUS Network’s Sunday $200,000 Guaranteed.

The re-signing of “Roothlus” to a new deal comes after the re-signing of fellow young gun Eric “basebaldy” Baldwin to a new sponsorship deal last month. Baldwin, the 2009 CardPlayer Magazine Player of the Year and a WSOP bracelet holder, renewed his contract for an additional two years.

With the return of Levy and Baldwin, Team UB continues to field one of the most impressive stables of pros in the industry. Recent Team UB signee Prahlad Friedman is a part of the squad, along with top pros Brandon Cantu, Bryan Devonshire, “Hollywood” Dave Stann, Maria Ho, Joe Sebok, and Michelle, among others. Play now.
