This Act is just another foothold to bring the American people under the thumb of the Federal Governments Ideas , that all American Citizens should be controled , both financially & recreationally , by the Governments long arms ! This is so they can continue to waiste the tax payers money & we will have no Rights or finances to be able to speak up about it ! If they think they are losing tax dollars from this exercise of free Americans , They sure haven,t worried about the loss of taxes to ship us poker players over seas to fight in they,re Idiotic wars ! This is out and out theft. Maybe they did it to bring attention to the stupidity of our gambling laws, but it seems more likely someone saw a great way to steal $30 million to fill a budget shortfall somewhere. Our government excels at theft, and has the guns to back it up.
