If we had only known the only gambling he cares about is horse racing, we would have had a different outcome. The notion that poker players will suddenly turn to horse racing if they can not longer play online is asinine. I also hope that when the state loses, the 141 domain owners file suit to recover their court costs from Kentucky. Every poker player in Kentucky of voting age knows what they need to do now ...
