		<description>It really makes me sad to think of the number of poker players that voted for this governor because of his pro-gambling stance.   If we had only known the only gambling he cares about is horse racing, we would have had a different outcome.  The notion that poker players will suddenly turn to horse racing if they can not longer play online is asinine.</description>

		<description>Cases of this nature should be in federal court from the start. What if the other 49 states decided to try the same thing ... how about counties and then cities trying it next ... it would be the death of a 1000 cuts having to face the same court action over and over and over. I also hope that when the state loses, the 141 domain owners file suit to recover their court costs from Kentucky. Every poker player in Kentucky of voting age knows what they need to do now ...</description>
