This is unreal…Its ok for them to gamble on horseracing but its not ok to gamble online…It takes more skill to win a poker tournament then it is to pick a winning horse.. The governor is a donk. I live in Kentucky, and this is the first I’ve heard of it thru a friend.!!!!!!

thats correct, the reason for banning internet gambling is strictly a tax revenue decision. u see they can tax the ky derby!!!!!

So ALL gambling is illegal in Kentucky. It must suck not being able to wager on the Kentucky Derby anymore! What is wrong with these morons and the ones in my state. Poker is a game of skill thus is not gambling. I have played poker for over 40 years and I can’t believe the government is now telling me I can’t play the game I love. It’s just wrong. What is wrong with these people. Poker is an all american game. I guess I need to move to another country to play the game I love. It’s sad and disgusting. I just wish Obama would pass some federal legistlation to help. He is a poker player and probably understands it is not like pulling a slot machine handle!
