Full Tilt Poker Team member Howard Lederer at the WSOPE Pot Limit Omaha Final Table

The World Series of Poker Europe has taken the spotlight in the poker world and captured the attention of some of the best players in the world. The WSOPE started on September 17th and we are one day away from the Main Event.

A Pot Limit Omaha tournament started on September 23rd and the field was impressive, boasting many poker pros who wanted to win the event. But as play developed and players started busting out, it became evident who were bringing their A game and had what it took to win the tournament.

Day two started with thirty four players, Theo Jorgensen busted in 33rd position, Barry Greenstein was out of the tournament in 31st position, Shaun Deeb was out of the tourney in 30th place, online high stakes player Tom “durrrr” Dwan was busted in 14th position, the young poker star Ashton Griffin was busted in 11th position, German player Sandra Naujoks was the bubble girl in 10th place.

The final table is being played right now and US player and Full Tilt pro Howard Lederer is among the final five. The rest of the players at the table are European: British Ross Boatman and three Finnish players; Jani Vilmunen who currently holds the chip lead, Aarno Kivelio and Ville Haavisto.
