At an earlier point, PokerNewsDaily allowed visitors to register an account on this site. That option is no longer available — there is no public sign-up, login, or account registration on PokerNewsDaily today.
Some accounts created during that earlier period still exist in our database, including associated email addresses. We have not proactively deleted this legacy data, primarily because some of these accounts may be linked to content published on the site historically.
If you created an account with PokerNewsDaily in the past and want your data deleted, contact us and we will remove it promptly. If you’re unsure whether you ever had an account with us, reach out and we’ll check.
What we collect
We do not currently offer account registration, login, or sign-up on this site. What we collect today is:
- Usage data — pages viewed, time on site, general location (city/region level, not precise), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. We collect this through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Click and conversion data — when you click a link to a poker room, casino, or sportsbook from a review or bonus page, we track that click so the operator knows it came from PokerNewsDaily. This is how affiliate commissions get attributed. We don’t see anything that happens after you land on the operator’s site — no account details, no deposits, nothing from their side. What they do with your data once you’re there is covered by their own privacy policy, not ours.
- Anything you send us directly — if you email us with a tip, a correction, or a question, we have whatever you included in that message.
