Counter-Notification
If material you posted to a site controlled by PokerNewsDaily was removed or disabled and you believe this was done in error, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and its location on the site before removal.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which PokerNewsDaily may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
