PartyPoker will Host the World Poker Open V

PartyPoker is not only a poker site but a brand that can be recognized by all poker players around the world. Although PartyPoker had to stop taking action from US players after the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006, they still remain one of the largest online poker rooms despite being unable to reach out to such a large portion of the market. Despite their setbacks, PartyPoker has grown over the years and remains synonymous with the world of online poker.

PartyPoker hosts some of the largest online tournaments as well as great promotion packages to large buy-in poker tournaments. PartyPoker will host the World Poker Open V from October 11th through the 15th. This is an exclusive event to which no one can directly buy-in; all forty eight players that will play in the tournament will have to win their ticket at the World Poker Open V satellites on PartyPoker. PartyPoker players that qualify will get to play against some of the big names in poker: Mike Sexton, Ian Fraer, Remy Biechel, Bodo Sbrzesny and Felipe Ramos.

The satellite tournaments start as low as $3. Players that want to enter this exclusive live event will have many chances to qualify on PartyPoker.
