2009 PokerStars Caribbean Adventure Dates Announced Thumbnail

The dates for the 2008 PokerStars Caribbean Adventure were announced this week. The marquee annual live poker tournament will begin on January 4th, 2009, from the Atlantis Hotel and Casino in Nassau in The Bahamas. Last year's champion of the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure, Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier, took home $2 million for the win. He'll be back to defend his title in 2008, soaking up the sun in the process. Other superstars slated to appear according to a press release distributed by the online poker room include 2005 World Series of Poker Main Event Champion Joe Hachem, Fossil-Man Greg Raymer, and the man who started it all, Chris Moneymaker.
