Everest Poker has announced the creation of a live tournament to be held in just a few months: the Everest Poker ONE. The event will take place at the Salle des Palmiers in Monaco from April 21st to April 24th.

The ONE Main Event will feature a €5,000 + €300 buy-in and a €1 million guaranteed prize pool. There will also be side events, such as a €25,000 No Limit High Roller event, a €1,000 No Limit Hold’em tournament, and a €500 No Limit Hold’em Turbo event.

“The ONE is more than a tournament; it’s a reflection of our Everest Poker values and a testament to the strong relationship we have with Monte Carlo,” said Everest Gaming CEO Aymeric Vigneras. “With a small and intimate field, fantastic deep stack structure, and the renowned personal service in Monte Carlo, we are positive we have added an exciting new addition to the global tournament calendar.”

Added Axel Hoppenot, CMO of Monte Carlo, “We are proud to welcome Everest Poker and their players so that they can live a truly memorable Monte Carlo poker tournament experience.”

Being a live tournament created by an online poker room, there are plenty of opportunities to win seats in the Everest Poker ONE Main Event. For those who want to start from scratch, there are daily Super Satellite Freerolls that will take place every hour from 10:25 to 19:25 GMT every day except Tuesday. The top 50 finishers in the Freerolls advance to the next stage: the 1,000 Summit Point (SP) Satellites.

The 1,000 SP Satellites are held at 20:30 GMT every day except Tuesday. The second and third place finishers in each move on to the third round of qualifying, while the winner skips directly to the Everest Poker ONE Direct Entry finale. These second round satellites can be entered directly for, as one might guess, 1,000 SPs.

The third round has four different types of satellites. On Mondays, there is a single $30 + $3 tournament at 20:30 GMT with at least three Direct Entry seats guaranteed. On Tuesdays, Everest Poker is hosting a dozen $30 + $3 satellites and eight $9 + $1 Super Turbo satellites, each of which will award at least one Direct Entry seat.

On Sundays, there is one $30 + $3 qualifier at 20:30 that will send at least three people on to the next round. All can be entered directly for cash as well as Everest Poker Steps tokens. The $9 + $1 satellite requires a Step 2 token, while the others require Step 3 tokens.

The last step in the qualification journey is the aforementioned Direct Entry tournament. The Direct Entry will take place every Tuesday leading up to the Everest Poker ONE at 20:30 GMT. One $9,000 prize package will be awarded for every 27 players in the field, with one package guaranteed. The Direct Entry has a $336 + $24 buy-in or a Step 5 token.

The prize package includes the $6,500 + $400 Everest Poker ONE Main Event buy-in, $650 for airfare, $1,450 for four nights’ accommodations at the Monte Carlo Bay Hotel, shuttles, and dinners.

Everest Poker players may also use their online bankrolls to buy in to the ONE Main Event directly. Those interested should contact Everest Poker customer support. Players can also buy in for cash in person at the Salle des Palmiers. Additionally, anyone who has 1,725,000 Summit Points to spare can use those to purchase a seat. As a reward for using Summit Points, Everest Poker will throw in three nights’ accommodations in Monte Carlo for free.
