One of the classic scenes in any television show or movie in which the characters visit a casino involves the old “raucous craps table crowd.” Inevitably, one of the main characters doesn’t really know how to play, but ends up being the shooter, the one to roll the dice. They get on a hot streak, and the montage begins: the character has a pretty woman blow on the dice for luck, a high roller (often wearing a cowboy hat) is so excited that he starts giving our hero money, and perhaps at the end, another gambler is so impressed that he proposes the character go gambling with or get into business with him.

According to a social media post from DraftKings Casino on Tuesday, one lucky groom-to-be recently had a craps experience straight out of Hollywood.

DraftKings’ post quoted the post from an uncited source, detailing the phenomenal bachelor party this man had at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. In the story, the man said he and his friends tried their luck at a $15 minimum bet craps table. The dice were given to a man named Ron, but he didn’t want to roll, so he passed them to our hero.

Hero said he ended up rolling for 91 minutes; the dice typically change hands when the roller finally craps out (loses), which means that this guy kept winning and winning and winning and winning for an hour and a half.

The person next to him, who seems to be Ron, was betting $5,000 on 10 and our boy hit that number twice in a row. Ron was so psyched that he tipped the groom $1,000 and was “bear hugging” him for the final hour.

The groom said that he could hear the pit boss on the phone for the last half of the run, saying the casino lost $61,000 during his roll.

Many commenters on the post were less amazed at how long the groom was able to roll without losing than they were that the casino only lost $61,000.

“lol $61k on 91 min roll.  People must’ve still been betting red chips,” one person said.

“If that table only lost $61k then nobody knew wha [sic] they were doing except the max bet 10 guy. On a 90 minute roll, any Craps game should easily lose $250k,” said another.

While it didn’t include the groom’s name, DraftKings’ social media post did show a picture he shared, posing with the dealer named Crystal.
