Though they may not be playing for a share of $9,000,000, the 9 finalists of Everest Poker’s Anniversary $500,000 Guaranteed Tournament will play in the same table where the November Nine are battling it out later this year.
Everest Poker will offer a stepladder of qualifiers in August and September so players can pay or win their way into the $500,000 Guaranteed Tournament. The Step 1 tournaments have a $2 buy-in, and they get progressively higher up to the $336 + $24 Step 5 that will give players a direct entry into the finals. The online final will be played on October 4, and only 9 players will remain.
These final 9 players will be treated to a high roller experience: the winners’ package includes $2,000 to cover flights and accommodation for two in Las Vegas, and the once-in-a-lifetime chance to play in the table where history will be made when the November 9 reconvene. The Everest finalists are invited to stay after the tournament and watch the WSOP Main Event Final table unfold on the very same felt at the Penn and Teller Theatre.
To top off the poker-related celebrations, Everest Poker will be hosting an all-out official 5-Year Anniversary Party in Las Vegas.
