FullTilt Poker

The last 24 to 36 hours have been really slow at the Full Tilt high stakes tables where not much has gone on.  The red pros and the high stakes regulars seemed to be busy with live tournaments, or they are just playing at another poker room.

Patrik Antonius played a tiny session yesterday against Tom “Kingsofcards” Marchese. It was a $500/$1000 session in which Patrik took a few thousand from Marchese, which was enough to put him up for good on the day.

A player who used to bring a lot of action and excitement to the high stakes tables is Tom “durrrr” Dwan, but he has been absent for quite a while now.  The Full Tilt Pro Phil Ivey has also been absent, but he is probably winning millions of dollars at a casino.  One thing is for sure Ivey will be playing in the November nine final table with a lot of pressure from the poker world. Almost everyone wants Ivey to repeat the outstanding feat of winning three WSOP bracelets in one year.

In other Full Tilt news, players will be able to test their skills at the virtual felts and this time it will be for a percentage of Ivey’s earnings at the WSOP final table.  Prizes will vary depending on Ivey’s performance but he already has one million guaranteed by making it to the final table.
