A new player under the screen name “Isildur1” has been spotted at the high stakes tables at Full Tilt Poker.  Apparently he wants to gamble it up against some of the best poker players in the world. Over his first 4K hands his balance took a dive of about half a million dollars but he later engaged in some Pot Limit Omaha action at the $100 / $200 limits and got back $400K from the Full Tilt Pro Haseeb Qureshi.

Some of the players that got to play against the new high stakes player were: Patrik Antonius, Brian Hastings and of course, Haseeb Qureshi.

In other Full Tilt news, the weekend had thousands of players fighting to take a chunk of the huge prize pools across various tournaments.  The first prize pool that exceeded the regular tournaments on Sunday was The Sunday Brawl.  There was a total of 2,448players registered which bumped-up the prize pool to $489K and a total of 234 spots would leave the tournament with extra cash in their accounts.  At the end the last man standing was titanfr59 who won $90K, the runner-up was Cheryl45 who cashed for $74K, and pocketrockets11 took third for $47K.

The biggest prize pool on Sunday the $750K guaranteed.  It brought 4,126 players to the virtual felts for a massive prize pool that exceeded $825K and a total of 585 players would receive some cash for out playing a large percentage of the field.  Kirbynator had the skill and luck to take down the tournament and win the $145K prize pool, while the runner-up was ForEngland who won $88K, and cmiller916 took third for $57K.

Last but not least was the Sunday Mulligan which had 1,276 entries for a total prize pool of $255K.  The skillful player that finished the tournament in first place was postmannen who won $56K, while the runner-up Kenny Rap took home $35K.
