According to PokerNews, Stefan Schillhabel won the $100 Flip & Go tournament on August 23, 2026, beating a field of 7,277 players to capture his second World Series of Poker bracelet, four years after his first online WSOP title at GGPoker. The Austrian earned $150,740 from the $1,195,005 prize pool and also received a $30,000 Super Pass to the 2026 WSOP Paradise Main Event.
According to the PokerNews report, the Flip & Go event begins with an all-in stage decided entirely by chance, and the players who advance then continue in a standard No-Limit Hold’em tournament. PokerNews reported that Schillhabel navigated both phases to reach the final table and ultimately claim the title. Brazil’s Neville Costa finished second for $118,153, while compatriot Patrick Ulyssea took third for $92,643. David Mzareulov of Mexico rounded out the top four, earning $72,642.
Schillhabel’s previous bracelet came in the $500 No-Limit Hold’em The Housewarming Online event at GGPoker, though PokerNews did not specify the exact date of that earlier win. His latest victory makes him a two-time WSOP bracelet winner, joining a relatively select group of players to have claimed multiple titles exclusively in online play.
Elsewhere in the series, PokerNews reported that the $500 Mini Main Event — Event #7 — had processed 8,917 entries across 14 starting flights, still short of the 10,526 entrants needed for GGPoker to avoid overlay on its $5 million guarantee. The winner of that event is projected to receive more than $600,000 from a $500 buy-in, with play set to continue until nine players remain, per PokerNews.
The $1,500 No-Limit Hold’em Monster Stack, meanwhile, had trimmed its 1,482-entry field to 37 players after Day 1, with Brazil’s Artur Berg leading the way on 8,089,076 chips, according to PokerNews — a chip stack that left him well clear of Monaco’s Ludovic Uzan in second place on 6,622,383.
