Ultimate Bet‘s biggest guarantees of the weekend were, of course, reserved for Sunday. The first tournament on the schedule was a $100K tournament that started at 2 pm, the top two players made a deal and at the end the top two finishers were MattGraham and VIETCON01. The biggest tournament of the weekend was the $200K guaranteed and it brought 1046 players to the virtual tables. After hours of play JAYHOVAHVOL1 managed to outplay the rest of opponents in the tournament to take home the first place prize.
In other Ultimate Bet news, they have recently improved their tournament schedule; players will now have more chances of winning a large prize pool for a small buy-in. Some of the tournaments that stand out are the Sniper $10K that will be played every day at midnight. Also, everyday at noon there will be a $6K tournament with re-buys for a $20 buy-in.
One of the forms of poker that has gained in popularity over the last few years is Omaha, thus Ultimate Bet has decided to add a $15K Pot Limit Omaha tournament to it’s daily schedule.
Players will also have a chance to win a large prize pool for a fraction of the cost on Sunday in ‘The Dime’ tournament that will have a buy-in of only $10.
