Absolute Poker

Absolute Poker is expecting the November nine to resume play and crown a new world champion just like all the poker players around the world.  To help ease the wait, Absolute has put thousands of dollars on the line in two different leaderboards that will award $2k per day.

The promotion has started and it will run until October 31st.  The top players on the leaderboards will receive cash prizes each day and the chance to play at the Epic Nine Ring Game Freeroll on November 7th that will award two seats to the Epic Nine Main event.

The Daily Status Points Race will count the points earned in ring games.  Points earned in all types of tournaments, ring game heads up tables, blackjack will not count.  For the Daily SnG Tournament Leaderboard the points that will not count are the ones earned in heads-up tournaments, satellites, blackjack tournaments, STEP tourneys and private SnG’s.

All players who earn their seat to the main event will engage in a fierce battle to take a chunk of the $50K prize pool.  First place will pay $25K, the runner-up will take home $15K and the third place finisher will take $10K.  But before thinking about the money they have to take in consideration that Phil Hellmuth is also in contention of the prize pool and he will be on his A game.  As an added value there will be a bounty on Phil’s head.
