Bodog is in the Christmas Spirit and they have put some great prizes at stake for all their players. The promotion started today and it will extend until December 27th
The way the promotion works is extremely simple, players will only have to play poker and earn Bodog Poker Points. Those points will be accumulated and for each twenty five points a ticket with the players name will be entered into a prize drawing. Players will earn the most points by playing at the different cash games and by entering tournaments. The more points a player accumulates the better the chance they have of winning a prize.
Earning Bodog Poker Points is simple, by playing in ring games players will be awarded points depending on the money they contributed to the raked pot. As an example if a player put in an amount between $0.05 and $0.20 the points he or she will receive are 0.10, if the amount contributed to the pot is between $1 and $3 the player will receive 1 point. Another way of earning points is by entering tournaments. There will be three points awarded for every dollar in tournament fees. Bodog will also reward players for the time they spend at a table, for every sixty minutes they will receive 1 point, players that are sitting out will not receive point only those who remain active at the tables. A maximum of five-hundred points can be received for the month.
The prizes at stake vary depending on the day and the amount of points earned. There will be two prizes each day one for the players that accumulated 25 points and one for the ones that accumulated 75 or more points. Some of the prizes are: seats to the $100K guaranteed that takes place on Sundays, Sony Playstation 3, TomTom GPS, Sony Bravia 52” TV, Sony HD Camcorder, Sony Home Theather System, Canon PokerShot Camera, Sony VAIO Laptop, Sony VAIO Desktop Computer and a Samsung 55”LED-LCD TV.
