Cake Poker launched the Gold Card Race a month ago, and Jotun665 has shown to be the indisputable leader week after week, winning or placing every week of the race so far and positioned in the lead for this week already.
The Cake Poker blog enthuses about Jotun665’s prowess: “He took down first place last week (and the $1,000 that went with it), he came in third the week before (for $700), won it the week before that and was eighth ($350) the week before that,” adding that Jotun665 has made a total of $3,050 so far out of this promotion.
The Gold Card Race is a competition to see who can collect more “miles” according to Cake Poker’s rules. All real money ring game players can participate regardless of stakes and levels. Top players are awarded up to $1,000 every week, and Cake Poker will dole out a total of $50,000 every month.
While Jotun665 is already at the lead for this week, there is still plenty of time to catch up, or to at least make the top 50 and earn a share of these payouts:
