The online poker site CD Poker has begun running satellites to the yearly Irish Winter Festival, a tournament series to be held in Dublin, Ireland in October.
CD Poker is offering a variety of ways to win one of their $4,000 packages; the packages include $1,025 for airfare and spending money, €360 for four nights at the City West Hotel in Dublin, €100 for the Irish Winter Party, and €1,650 for the tournament’s buy-in. The Main Event of the Irish Winter Festival will run on October 23 – 27th, and feature an estimated prize pool of €1,000,000. In addition to the Main Event, the Irish Winter Festival will feature a €550 event on 25th, and a €330 event on the 26th.
Super Satellites run every Sunday at 9:00pm with a $200+$15 buy-in. CD Poker also offers many opportunities to win entry into the weekly Super Satellite, ranging from $4 to $40. These satellites began on May 17th and will continue through October 11th.
