Sunday was another crazy day at the PokerStars tables as thousands of players registered to the major tournaments which made competition extremely tough. The Sunday million had 8,587 players wanting to take the $252K first place prize home win them.

It took 9.5 hours to play down to ten players, when icedavid pushed all his chips all-in on the big blind position while holding As-9c only to be called by Qh-Tc. The board ran Ks-3c-2s-Td-8c which did not help icedavid he ended taking tenth place for $9,102.

As play resumed and players kept busting there was three remaining: papadelpoker, IveGotToejam and jokobsen01. One more player needed to bust out in order to start the heads up action, eventually papadelpoker and IveGotToejam got tangled in a hand where they got all-in and papadelpoker came out victorious, sending IveGotToejam home with $128K for third place.

The heads-up action did not last long as on the 6th hand jakobsen01 went all-in holding 8d-5d on a flop that brought 7d-7c-Jd.  Papadelpoker called and turned over 7h-3d for a flopped set, the turn card brought a 5s which gave jakobsen01 two pairs and kept his hopes up but the Qs on the river crushed his hopes and ended the tournament.

Previous to the Sunday Million the Sunday Warm-up brought 4,572 players to the tables which boosted the prize pool to $914K.
