As always, PokerStars was action packed this weekend as scores of players turned out for the various guaranteed tournaments. First on the schedule was the Sunday Warm-Up, which garnered 4695 entrants and a $939K prize-pool. When all was said and done, TheConcept79 emerged victorious, taking home $147K for his efforts. Losing the heads-up battle was weriol, who settled on $109K, while trontrontron took third for $77.5K and Civell $53K for fourth. The rest of the final table was rounded out by vtr82w ($39.9K), yomahu ($30.5K), rounder13 ($21K), LukeFromB13 ($11.7K), and juanan ($7.5K).
Next up was PokerStars’ biggest tournament, the Sunday Million. When the dust settled, Mr Brizza came out on top to the tune of $263K. Finishing in second was allaces43, who consoled himself with $193K, while renassence took third for $137.5K. The rest of the final tablists were Mikey0690 ($92K), elcoysa ($73K), boccakill ($55K), newwavepoker ($36.9K), Taska85 ($20K), and jackmeplz69 ($12.9K).
Later on in the day, the furious action came to a close with the Sunday 500. JAKoon1985 managed to outlast a 1058 player field to ship $91K for his win. Marinersheep lost the heads-up battle and took $66K for second, while ChadBrownPRO nabbed third for $50K. The rest of the final table included GoGator86 ($36.8K), BBOY3110 ($26K), punisher03 ($20.8K), DA DONG ($15.6K), Lobo13er ($10K), ad bobboufl11 ($5.8K).
