Raphael Caixeta opened the 2026 WSOP Online at GGPoker by winning the $700 7th Annual WSOP Kick-Off, good for the series’ first bracelet, $207,167 in combined prize money and bounties, and a $30,000 package to the live Super Main Event at WSOP Paradise in The Bahamas, according to Poker News Daily. The bounty event drew 3,607 entries, meaning the six-figure score came in a field of more than 3,600 players.
Poker News Daily said the tournament created a $2,398,655 prize pool, with 356 players reaching the bounty phase after at least locking up a min-cash. Caixeta’s haul consisted of $126,912 from the regular prize pool and another $80,255 in bounty collections. The same report noted that each of the last three players earned more than $100,000 including bounties, with Khaw “Apacgg” Chin Wah taking runner-up money of $160,310 and Argentina’s Lichu89 collecting $104,258 for third.
Per Poker News Daily, the rest of the final table finished in ninth through fourth as follows: fantexi0058 ($34,092), Milaim “PinkDevil9” Tafaj ($34,391), Miguel “Zerschlagen” Angelo Faria Lopes ($44,907), Eui “Rollpounder” Kim ($57,751), baidan823 ($74,732), and Oleksii “ITakeIt” Trofymenko ($87,761). The list of other players who cashed also included David Williams, Jessica Teusl, Joseph Cheong, Pavel Plesuv, Niklas Astedt, Kevin Martin, Leonard Maue, Thomas Muehloecker, Bernhard Binder, Vlad Darie, and Aliaksei Boika.
According to Poker News Daily, the 2026 WSOP Online at GGPoker will hand out 33 bracelets altogether. The next one was slated to be decided on August 17 in the $300 Gladiators of Poker, which attracted 13,214 entries and built a $3,686,706 prize pool. When play was set to resume at 7:00 p.m. BST, Silvio Costa held the chip lead with 1,292,168 among the 1,307 remaining Day 2 players. The winner is set to receive $470,672, a gold bracelet, and a $30,000 package for the 2026 WSOP Paradise Super Main Event.
