Titan Poker

Yesterday was an important day at Titan Poker as the European Championship of Online Poker started and over $4.5 million will be at stake in the thirteen events that are remaining. Today’s tournament is a Limit 7 Card Stud event with a $250 buy-in and a $50K prize pool.

The first tournament, held yesterday, was played in the No Limit Hold’em format and a total of one thousand players were registered.  The tournament lasted several hours and the last man standing was the Greek player thanasis1982 who took home $52,500.  The runner-up was the French player avalika who cashed for $27,500.

Titan Poker put together a schedule that will allow players to take part in as many tournaments as they like, since only one tournament will be held per day. The biggest prize pools will be played out Sundays and the largest one will be on the line on Sunday December 6th in the main event where a total of $1.5 million is guaranteed.

Since not all Titan Poker players have the a bankroll with the sufficient funds to participate in the ECOOP events, Titan is running satellites tourneys that will award seats for a fraction of the cost.  Satellites will be running around the clock for all the events.
