Ultimate Bet will be hosting the UBOC tournament series starting on January 20th ; there will be eighteen events and a total of $4 million will be at stake. Some of the variations played will be Hold’em, Omaha, H.O.R.S.E., Heads-up, Pot Limit, No Limit and Snyper.
There will be two tournaments that will have a guaranteed prize pool of one million dollars and each of them will be hosted by one member of team UB. The first tournament on schedule is a Snyper No Limit Hold’em tourney with a $250K prize pool and Joe Sebok will be making sure that things run smoothly throughout the tournament.
UB has an interesting promotion for all the players that want to participate in the UBOC events. Until January 15th all players can buy into any UBOC tournament paying half the tournament fees, and if that sounds like a good deal, they have also made packages which include even bigger discounts. The packages available are the following: for 903,900 points players will be able to enter all of the eighteen events, the second package includes an entry to all the No Limit Hold’em tournaments for 595,600 points, also available is a package that includes the entry to the two million dollars tournaments for 365K points, there’s also a custom package that will allow players to choose six tournaments and the last package will allow players the choose the tournament they like the best and enter it with an even bigger discount.
The fifty percent discount will only be available until January 15th so players that wish to take advantage of the promotion should buy in as soon as possible. For those players that want to enter a tournament but need to earn more UB points before doing so should take advantage of the Poker Hours promotion which awards players double the UB points from 1 pm to 4 pm and from 1 am to 4 am as well.
