In September of last year, Full Tilt Poker revived its popular Take 2 promotion, giving its customers the opportunity to earn $50 for minimal play over the course of 25 days. This weekend, Full Tilt is running Take 2 once again, although this time it is for less money and the requirements, while still exceedingly simple, are just a bit tougher than before.

In the Take 2 promotion, players will earn double Full Tilt Points (FTPs) for playing on two real money ring game tables simultaneously or one real money Rush Poker table. Better yet, for earning at least five Take 2 bonus points over several days, players can earn free cash. During the promotional period, which will run from Midnight ET on Saturday, April 3rd to 11:59pm ET on Sunday, April 11th, anyone who earns five points in each of five days will collect $5. Anyone who earns five Take 2 bonus points in all nine days of the promotional period will earn an additional $20. This $20 is on top of the $5 already earned for the first five days, so when all is said and done, every customer who earns the five points every day will score $25.

The bonus points will be credited to players’ accounts within an hour of being earned. If a customer plays on more than two standard (non-Rush Poker) ring game tables at the same time, bonus points will be earned only for play at the top two tables. For example, if a player earns 20 FTPs at Table A, 30 FTPs at Table B, and 50 FTPs at Table C, he will only receive double points at Tables B and C, as those were the top two points-earners of the three. Thus, he will get 100 regular FTPs plus 80 bonus points for a total of 180 for the session.

Happy Hour points will still be earned, meaning that players can actually earn triple points at two standard ring game tables whenever Happy Hour overlaps with the Take 2 promotion. Using the above example, the 80 bonus points would still be earned at the top two tables for the Take 2 promotion, but at the same time, all three tables would earn double points during Happy Hour, resulting in an additional 100 bonus points.

Keep in mind that customers must opt in to have their play qualify for the bonus points and cash. To opt in, open the “Cashier” in the Full Tilt software and click on “My Promotions.” This will open a web page that contains the opt in button. During the promotion, the number of bonus points earned, days earned, and cash earned can all be seen on this status page.
